Part of this assignment will include coming up with design for the outside of your truck. There are TONS of things you have to think about when it comes to designing your truck, and the following website has a ton of them. I don't expect you to memorize all of these, but steal some ideas that you might want to bring into your truck:

https://pos.toasttab.com/blog/on-the-line/food-truck-design-ideas

12. There are three distinct areas that the website suggests that you focus on, what are those three areas? (these are near the top of the article)

13. List the three design ideas (out of 20) that caught your attention and explain how you might carry out that idea in your food truck.

Finally, you will need to come up with a logo for your truck. There are so many options out there, but this site has a ton of them for you to think about:

14. Pick out your favorite four logos, take screen shots and share them here.

15. Describe why you picked those four logos. Use graphic design terms to explain what caught your attention. Was it color, shape, texture, graphics, what? Explain fully what you liked about these logos (2 sentences minimum).

Now lets have some fun thinking about what your truck might look like digitally.

Download this file, open it in Canvas, and come up with a beginning look for your truck. You will each come up with your own concept and ideas and this first part is the digital part of the project. You will have one class period to complete the next assignment which you will see more of tomorrow.

You can use these files, or you can use the elements button in Canva and search for Food Truck. Please make sure you get a blank version.

Add color, think about a logo, colors, name, menu, menu items, etc.
